Question: What would you do to improve the existing
system? How can we improve LAs being held to account under the existing
legislation?
IPSEA's answer: One suggestion IPSEA has made is to give the Tribunal the power and duty to comment both in individual judgements and to the Ministry of Justice and the Department for Education on 'frequent offenders' and/or on clear legal breaches during assessment and statementing.
